Comprehensive investigative assistance for the legal profession

Criminal Legal Aid

Legal Aid is an important part of New Zealand's justice system. It helps people to resolve legal problems that may go to court and makes sure that people are not denied justice because they can't afford a lawyerMinistry of Justice (NZ).

The adversarial system can work against persons with no funds,  yet every person has the right to the same degree of professional help, which is why Legal Aid exists.

The authorities have investigators, specialists, almost unlimited resources and run a well-oiled machine, most times. But they do get it wrong, they can become biased, they can refuse to admit failings at times and are often accused of trying to stymie a defence.

We understand the Criminal playing field, the players and the moves.

We have seasoned professionals that can match the other side and advise on what might be the missing link required to assist your case.

Each side should be equal. We can assist in establishing that balance and more, with agents throughout the country that can work independently or assist each other as required.

We can provide you with a regular investigator or team to enable a full understanding of each other.
